Regular Mail has longer than expected delays.
It was an 8 week maximum wait.
It is now 12 weeks, due to covid causing delays.
If we get to 12 weeks and the parcel has not arrived it will be resent or
refunded.
Please remember this when choosing postage.
Regular Post is unable to be tracked and these times are approximate. Often
yarn will arrive faster.
If you choose Express , your yarn will arrive with TNT/ FedEx for Australia.
The average delivery time via courier is 5 to 15 days ... sometimes if you are outside the city it can take longer. We DO NOT offer 2 day delivery to Australia. It's impossible because of all the transfers and customs the yarn has to go through. We are far away from Turkey. And now we have Covid delays.
Please remember yarn is stored and posted from Turkey.
We process and ship orders within one business day (often in the same day) after payment is received regardless of the shipping method selected. Dispatch time might delay one or two days during special promotion days because of large numbers of orders or Public holidays.
We do accept returns , Please contact me within 7 days. Please be aware yarn needs to be posted to the sending address which is Turkey.

Express Shipping options , please enter your address as clear as possible,
